Custom-made or made-to-order furniture may require 7–21 business days for production before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Areas :
We currently deliver across Pakistan. If your area is outside our regular delivery network, our team will contact you with the available shipping options.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–10 business days
Custom Furniture: 7–21 business days for production, plus delivery time.

Shipping Charges :
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product size, weight, and delivery location.
Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
Order Tracking :
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where available).
Delivery Inspection :
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, notify the delivery representative and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
Failed Deliveries :
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient is unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Furniture Delivery :
Large furniture items are delivered to the entrance or ground floor of the delivery location unless otherwise agreed. Customers should ensure there is sufficient access for large items.
