At Wild Wood Furnitures, we want you to love your home décor items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Custom or personalized items
Sale or clearance items
Items damaged due to misuse


How to Return an Item

Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.


Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include a photo of the damage or defect, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.


Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
