At Wild Wood Furnitures, we want you to love your home décor items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If received Damaged :

If your product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a replacement only.

You must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

The video must show:

Sealed package before opening

Full unboxing process

Clearly visible damage

 

How to Return an item

Share the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

Send it to us via WhatsApp / Instagram / Email.

Without video proof, no claim will be accepted.

 

Replacement Policy

Only damaged products will be replaced.

No refunds — only exchange/replacement.

Replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

 

Custom Products

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Conditions :

Once delivered, You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to request a return.

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong size selection

Minor color difference (due to lighting/screens)

 

Security/ Advance payments :

Security amount / Advance payments are non refundable in any case.
